COVID POLICY

As COVID begins to heat up here in Perth we are starting to feel the burn.

We have clearly outlined our COVID policy below for when the inevitable happens.

HOW IT WORKS

  • We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking

  • The deposit is completely refundable if you cancel 30 days before your event (under any circumstance)

  • If you cancel within 30 days of the event, we will only keep your 20% deposit. This is stored as a credit which you can use towards any future bookings with RIFT (postponed event, birthday, family shoot, wedding etc)

  • The remaining 80% will be refunded back to you if you have paid in full before the event

  • If a photographer from RIFT has been required to isolate, we will try our best to replace them with another RIFT photographer if any are available (We have 12 photographers, so we can typically find a replacement within our team)

  • If we can’t replace the photographer, you will receive a 100% refund and a bunch of recommendations for other Perth photographers
